Chocolate S’mores and Baobab Baked Oats

Chocolate S’mores and Baobab Baked Oats by Steph’s Gluten Free Bakes


– 50g gluten-free oats

– 1 tsp baking powder

– 1 tsp SACO Baobab Powder

– 125ml of your favourite plant-based milk

– Chocolate sauce

– 5 vegan marshmallows

– Confetti sprinkles

How to make Chocolate S’mores and Baobab Baked Oats

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  2. Grease a small ramekin.
  3. In a bowl, mix all the dry ingredients with milk.
  4. Transfer the mixture to the prepared ramekin.
  5. Bake for 15 minutes.
  6. Add chocolate sauce and marshmallows on top.
  7. Place ramekin back in the oven for 5 minutes or till marshmallows are golden.
  8. Decorate with confetti sprinkles.
  9. Serve warm or cold.
