Raspberry and Baobab Baked Oats

We’ve got another baked oats dish we think you’ll love.

This indulgent chocolate baobab oats recipe can be enjoyed as a sweet breakfast or as a healthy dessert.

It may not seem to be healthy but we can assure you it is! The oats are fibre filled, the fruits are a great source of antioxidants, and the superfood, Baobab, ensures this meal is packed with nutrition.

It’s the perfect balance of delicious and healthy and honestly is a great motivation to get out of bed early.

Chocolate, Raspberry, and Baobab Baked Oats by Steph’s Gluten Free Bakes

Ingredients

– 50g gluten-free oats

– 1 tsp baking powder

– 1/2 tsp cocoa powder

– 1 tsp SACO Baobab Powder

– 125ml of your favourite plant-based milk

– a few raspberries

– a piece of chocolate

How to Make Chocolate, Raspberry, and Baobab Baked Oats

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Grease a small ramekin.
  2. In a bowl, mix all the dry ingredients with the milk.
  3. Transfer the mixture to the prepared ramekin.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
  5. Decorate with a few raspberries, and chocolate.
  6. Serve warm or cold.
