Plum and Baobab Baked Oats
If you are looking for a vegan and gluten free homemade dessert, this is for you!
A comforting baked oats with plum and baobab – a perfect Autumn treat.
(Recipe by Steph’s Gluten Free Bakes)

Ingredients
– 50g gluten free oats
– 1 tsp baking powder
– 1 tsp SACO Baobab powder
– 125ml almond milk (or your favourite milk)
– Strawberry Crush flavour drops (optional)
– Agave syrup
– 1 Plum
How to Make Plum and Baobab Baked Oats
- Preheat the oven to 180°C. Grease a small ramekin.
- In a bowl, combine all the dry ingredients with the milk.
- Mix until well combined.
- Cut the plum in half. Dice on part and slice the rest.
- Stir in the diced plum in the mix.
- Transfer the mixture to the prepared ramekin. Bake for 20 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
- Add some slices of plum decorate the top and serve
