I think that early Saturday evening must be one of my favourite times of the week. I'm rested because I don't work Saturdays. I tend to save any work I have to do till Sunday. It's dark outside and it's warm and oh so cosy inside. Al Green is on the radio and there's chocolate bread in the breadmaker. Football results scroll up the screen but you don't have to listen to inane commentary. I've done all my little jobs for the day and so I can slide into Saturday night (which this week consists of the X Factor and nothing else). Yep, 4.45 Saturday is the best time of the week. Enjoy yours x
