Hi Everyone,
Day one completed on my attempt to lose weight by following the Slimlines diet plan. Last night went to bed feeling very hungry and learnt the harsh lesson that its not a good idea to over spend your calorie allowance on lunch. So far so good on today (day two) banana for brekkie followed by a shapers lunch that more than fills you up without over kill on calorie allowance (although by 12 o clock i was chewing off my fingers). with melon for nibbles this afternoon and pineapple for this evening (yuk) today should be alittle easier !!!. any advice or tips would be gratefully recieved
