Summer forecast
Summer this year, will be dry and hot I fear,
and as reported there may be a drought.
We need water to spare, so use it with care,
this we can all do something about.
The reservoir is low, as well as the river flow,
so there's not a lot of water in reserve.
There may a water ban, it'll be avoided if we can,
but we need to think, conserve, conserve.
All the best

A gas leak in the village of Roquefort
There's a gas smell in Roquefort, so until we're sure,
please don't use anything needing gas.
Open your doors, whilst we're investigating the cause,
we hope that this danger will soon pass.
If you start feeling unwell, then please tell,
the people at the end our emergency phone.
Give your name, address, and in 5 minutes or less,
we'll have someone around to your home.
Update on the gas leak
It was a very small leak, near to the creek,
and now everything seems to be ok.
The gas isn't leaking, and the boss was speaking,
apologising for all of the problems today.
All the very best

The Isle f Man TT
The Isle of man TT
If you're a motorcycling fan, go to the Isle of Man,
and watch the infamous TT.
It's an amazing event, you'll be glad that you went,
it’s a race you just have to see.
The Island's width is 13 miles, there are practice trials,
and it’s thrilling and challenging to ride.
Fast straights, tight curves, to test the toughest nerves,
you’ll be glad you went there, and tried.
This year on his bike, you'll see Mozzarella Mike,
the first time he's been in the race,
He's been training for weeks, practicing his techniques,
and is expected to finish in 5th place.
He's sponsored by The Shell, he should do very well,
and his bike is tuned to perfection.
Accelerating like a missile, he rides it with such style,
but is depends on his tyre selection.
The rubber needs to be right, hard wearing, yet light,
to give him every last inch of grip.
Racing begins on Saturday, the very last day in May,
so go on, get up and book that trip!
