Brussels starts antitrust case against Samsung

The European Commission has formally launched an laptop lcd screen investigation into abuse of Samsung 3G patents are crucial to Apple products in the market at bay.

The competition arm of the European Commission launched a thorough investigation into possible abuse of power by Samsung. The company may have violated European antitrust rules by its essential patents into lawsuits against Apple.

Abuse of patent power

IBM's acquisition of mobile software developers Wo
