As someone who has a vested interest in the governments implementation of the Home Report, It seems to me that awareness and comprehension of our Scottish Govenrment implemented policy that requires all home sellers to purchase (At a great cost), a report equivalent to a scheme 2 survey, is somewhat mis-understood if now comprehended at all.  Do you know how much it cost? Do you think it's bad timing? Do you feel like as homeowners, we should expect more from our Government? I'd love to learn what my neighbours think about this new policy as I feel like we should expect more than we have had.
