We are a charitable institution who provide events for the people of Spalding in an effort to raise money.  These funds are primarily given back to the people of Spalding (and surrounding areas of Spalding) to the people who need help the most.

We never provide actual pound coins (cash in hand), but offer our help in purchasing or part purchasing much needed equipment for other charities, communities, families and individuals. We have helped many local families in need of the most basic of needs that we all take for granted.

We have also provided equipment for the disabled and services to the elderly.

You might see us in the surrounding areas at Christmas time with our Sleigh and Father Christmas (who deems to help!) You might also see us at the Tulip parade each year with a stall or some other event.

We have held Race Nights, Pumpkin fancy dress competitions and charity events. Our time is all given freely and each of us gives what time we have available and where we are capable.

We do have a social side and meet fellow lions for social functions several times a year. From safari suppers to bowling, to scalectrix race nights, to our yearly charter (where we dress up smartly).

In essence we have fun Whilst helping others too! What better way to give back to the community. We even have a website for people to get in touch, either to join or ask for help
