And in Dallas, little Jerry got to show off his new toy, the Cowboys notched an impressive win and everyone in Cowtown went home happy. The Yankees are riding the hot bat of Derek Jeter who finished the West Coast trip hitting .550 (22-for-40) over his past 10 games, including five games with at least three hits, as he has boosted his season batting average to .331.

Miami Hurricanes 2008 leading rusher, RB Graig Cooper has suffered an injury to his lower right leg.

According to the AP, Cooper missed Tuesday’s practice and was seen wearing a “protective boot” and ESPN reports that it as an ankle injury, which coach Randy Shannon says is “nothing serious.”
