This is the first post in what I hope eventually will become a busy, and interesting blog from lots of people involved with the Sheffield Cystic Fibrosis Appeal.

We launched the appeal at the end of February and have lots of fundraising already underway, to see the dream of a new unit for Cystic Fibrosis patients from across South Yorkshire become a reality. The plan is for this blog to be added to by fundraisers, medical staff and patients, so we can give a good overall picture of what we are trying to do, and why it is so important.
