It seems to me that there have never been so many choices when it comes to choosing how to sell your house, talk about confused (dot.com)!

There are solicitors, estate agents, internet only websites (now featuring ASDA), "Do It Yourself" guides on the internet, etc. together with a variety of "codes of practise" and as yet not one standard to cover all.

How can you be sure to get a fair deal, value for money and good advice?
