A Sheer Lace Dress Show on Graduation
There is a thrilling news in the follow. But when we think again, it’s so normal in this time. If lady gaga can be popular in the whole world, thenwhat else can not be understood?

The Russian-speaking internet has been all hot and bothered these past few days by a story that perfectly encapsulates the problems plaguing the former Soviet Union. No, I’m not talking about gender trafficking, high unemployment rates, or inequality between the sexes. I’m talking about a 17-year-old’s graduation outfit.

According to Animal New York, 17-year-old honor student Anastasia Fomenko set that whole region of the world on fire when she wore a sheer, underwear-revealing dress and thigh-highs—an ensemble similar to one previously worn by Lady Gaga—to her high school graduation ceremony. This prompted many gasps of shock, as well as numerous news stories like this one.

They might be speaking Russian here, but I can totally tell what they’re saying. Alarmist news stories are universal.

It's hard not to admire Fomenko's daring (she's showing quite a bit of leg) and her keen fashion sense (the outfit is nearly identical to the one Lady Gaga wore to her book launch this past November). But the revealing wear certainly stood out against her peers' demure party dresses including cocktail dresses 2013, as you can see from the raw footage above.

Surprisingly, few of the adults in the room seemed bothered by the unconventional wear. (Here, she appears to pose with her parents before the big ceremony and everyone's all smiles.) But the Russian press jumped on the story, sending reporters to discuss the "half-naked" graduate who apparently has dreams of being a TV presenter. Now she may have a modeling offer -- and she's certainly got the media's attention not those girls in cheap evening gowns.

Was this wear appropriate for a graduation ceremony? Obviously not! But with a young Ukrainian’s career prospects being what they are (i.e. even worse than a young American’s), this was potentially a pretty savvy move. One must use what one has to get ahead, and there are murmurings that Anastasia has already been offered a modeling contract. A depressingly large number of women in her country have entered the gender trade not because it appeals to them, but because it’s their only option for survival, so maybe she was trying to avoid that fate. Or maybe she just wanted attention, like a non-high school dropout version of Courtney Sodden.

In any case, everyone should calm down. Kids wear all sorts of dumb in high school. When I accepted my award for valedictorian, I’m pretty sure I was wearing a low-cut spider web-print tank top, some sort of short black pleated skirt, platform Mary James, and red and black argyle knee socks. And you know what? I turned out okay. They really should institute some sort of motivational “get good grades, wear whatever you want” program in schools. Maybe you are interested in sweet heart gowns.

Anyway, everyone has his own personality to show. In this age, they have right to do what they want. When they are grown up, there so many things stop them to be themselves. So please be tolerant!

Blake Lively's Wedding Dresses Not Prom Gowns
In case you've been living under a rock for the past 24 hours (or entirely engrossed with New York Fashion Week); you've already heard the startling news: Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds got married this weekend!

The "Green Lantern" co-stars, who have been dating for about a year, got hitched in a low-key ceremony in South Carolina that took everyone by surprise. While there were plenty of A-lists involved -- Bette Midler and Florence Welch of Florence + the Machine reportedly sang at the reception -- there's no photographic evidence to be had, i.e. no snaps of what we're sure was a stunning wedding dress. With no pictures, how will we know what Blake wore??

Martha Stewart Weddings to the rescue! While most news outlets have reported that lively wore a Chanel gown down the aisle, the Martha Stewart Weddings team was on the scene and can set the record straight:

The bride and her bridesmaids maybe in grey bridesmaid dresses walked down the aisle in custom Marchesa gowns designed by Blake's friends, Georgina Chapman and Keren Craig, with shoes created for the celebration by Christian Louboutin. The groom and groomsmen wore specially made Burberry suits with custom leather suspenders designed by the groom's friend, Christopher Bailey. The couple exchanged unique wedding rings by Lorraine Schwartz.

But both Lagerfeld and Gucci's Frida Giannini have reason to be jealous, since Marchesa's Georgina Chapman and Keren Craig scored the coveted wedding dress not short prom gowns 2012 gig. Blake in was clad in "a hand-draped silk tulle bodice adorned with custom crystal and rose gold embroidery," according to Marchesa's press office. To be fair, we should have guessed lively was going to be shopping around for her wedding wardrobe. She discussed her wedding plans with Marie Claire just months ago, wondering aloud, "Which couture house should I go to?" And others still look for prom dresses on sale. The shoes, on the other hand, were always going to be Louboutins. For more details, click over to Martha Stewart Weddings, which has the exclusive scoop for its December issue.

Dress Fit for Young Age
Some parents are battling a fashion-industry trend toward more adult styles.Sophia Saverese attended her first day of kindergarten last week wearing a delicate floral print dress with straps, ballet flats, and a bow in her hair, no thanks to the displays at the mall promoting glittery miniskirts, wedge sandals, and one-shouldered tank tops in kiddie sizes.

"She did see the other stuff, and she picked it out and said she liked it," said Nicole Saverese, the Glen Ellyn, Ill., mother of three who, with her mother-in-law's help, steered Sophia away from the adult styles during a recent shopping trip.

"I know girls who wear their 6-month-old babies in mock leather pants, and in those shoes that look like they have a stiletto," Saverese said. "But I just feel that she's 5. Why would I want to dress her older when she's going to get older already?"

The age-old question has taken on new meaning in an era of bikinis for babies and skinny jeans for 6-year-olds channeling Suri Cruise. Those are even worse than sexy cheap prom dresses 2013.

Across the U.S., mommy bloggers, educators, and parents say the mature designs for little girls are hard to avoid these days, with even stores such as Forever 21 offering to wear their darling daughters.

"What a challenge it is for a parent to hold your ground," said Cynthia Kalogeropoulos, principal of Grove Elementary School in Barrington, Ill. "I don't even know if parents have a choice. You're not going to find a pair of Bermudas." And it means that it’s appropriate for girls to wear a beautiful strapless quinceanera gown till she is 15 years old.

And sociologists monitoring the trend say fashion for young girls has never been more provocative. In a study released last year, Kenyon College researchers found that a third of the clothing at 15 popular stores in the United States had "sexualizing" characteristics, revealing or emphasizing body parts and sexiness, according to Sarah K. Murnen, who cowrote the study.

"You can walk into any teen/adult retailer and you begin to see how they're taking it younger and younger," Cohen said. "I shake myself in disbelief and say, 'Did I just see that?' It's a 4-year-old dressing like she should be at a college bar."

Blake Lively Shins in Plum Gucci Dress

She's become one of the worlds fastest rising style icons since appearing on the hit US show Gossip Girl, and after becoming the face of Gucci's premiere fragrance, has further blossomed into a high-end fashionista. And she will go further in the way to be famous and glory.

Wherever place she stands, she always is stunning. The 25-year-old actress dazzled last night as she remained faithful to her contract and sported a stunning deep purple sequin embellished mini 2012 prom dresses from the luxury label at the launch of the new perfume last night.
Blake was the belle of the ball, as always, in the romantic city of Venice wearing the glistening plunging number which showed off her ample assets and trim physique, accessorized with a simple and elegant gold bracelet around her wrist and a pair of matching plum coloured strappy heels. With that kind of hot and fine silhouette, any evening gowns 2013 will look perfect in her.

The Gossip Girl star looked catwalk chic as she finished the look off with a messy, voluminous ponytail and a hot evening make-up look of smokey eyes, a natural, fresh complexion and lippy.
Blake, who recently celebrated turning 25, was accompanied by her hunky beau and Hollywood actor Ryan Reynolds to the glam event in Italy, but he managed to escape the paps as he sneaked into the Hotel Cipriani as his girlfriend stole the show and swanned into the bash. A suit of blue deep v neck dress catches our eyes on the street of that romantic city.

This is a great start to the week in terms of best dressed stars, and we can't see many celebs topping this timelessly sophisticated yet autumn/winter 2012 ready look too easily...

Little White Dresses
The little black dress may get all the attention when it comes to wardrobe essentials, but the truth is, a little white dress is just as vital – even in a town like Manhattan, known for its penchant for dark sartorial choices. Moreover, it's been proven that color can have a tremendous impact on mood and it won't take more than two seconds to figure out what people tend to find more uplifting when faced with white and black.

While wearing head-to-toe anything can seem daunting, an easy way to make this look more approachable is to opt for a piece like the above right Timo Weiland top which has a 3-D effect to distract from the monochrome color scheme. This same idea can be seen with the above left Clushirt. The multidimensional tops paired with relaxed trousers further add to the ease of the looks and make them all-flattering. Further, they're casual enough to wear by day, but can easily be dressed up with heels and clutch to take you through the night.

When opting for head-to-toe white with short prom dresses 2013, a great route is the one below with this Thakoon dress which has hook-and-eye accents, adding a quirky touch while breaking up an otherwise monochrome look. Visual interest and textural details can also be added via accessories while maintaining the all-white look. For example, the ruffle accented Charlotte Olympia shoes pictures below, the Stella McCartney clutch worn with the Thakoon dress, or the L.A.M.B. peep toe pumps seen above.

A major runway trend at the fall 2012 shows prom dresses 2012 collection was mixed prints. Get inspired by this look while staying season appropriate by mixing various shades of white within one look, like the top two looks shown here. This is a fantastic way to make a fashion-forward statement without feeling like you're taking too big of a risk. Even better, this look can translate into anything from a cream colored menswear-inspired suit worn with a white shirt, to an off-white sweater worn with lighter palazzo pants. Work with your accessories — think scarves, shoes, and handbags — to add further white variations.

Turns out, when it comes to head-to-toe white, the options are truly endless...

Jordin Sparks Looks Amazing In Public

It's another day in the world of style and that means another peplum.
Not that we're complaining. We like those little shelves we see sticking out from dresses and skirts all over fashion-dom.
They have no real purpose, other than to amuse us with possible secondary uses. Like blinders in case we don't want to see our own shoes, or sun shades for our legs. But whatever the reason for her peplum, Jordin Sparks couldn't look peppier in her Alice + Olivia Tracey dress!

The N.Y.C. premiere of her movie, of course. Sparkle, costarring her and the late, great Whitney Houston, debuts this weekend and it's time that this former American Idol contender gets noticed. Nothing does that better than this top-to-toe red look, which also includes a pair of Giuseppe Zanotti pumps with a steel heel.
Jordin Sparks is looking like a new woman these days. The gorgeous singer has been seen flaunting her new, svelte frame on NBC's The Today Show. She showed up in a tight prom dresses short that showed off her 50-pound weight loss. With this and her beautiful smile, Sparks has never looked better.
Daily Mail reported on Sparks’ interview about her latest project, the movie Sparkle, in which she stars with the late Whitney Houston. She arrived for the chat wearing a body-clinging strapless maxi dress with large pink, purple, and white flowers all over. Beige stilettos added the final (and super sexy) touch.
Sparks looked very glamorous for the occasion: Her dark eye makeup made her best features pop. Her plum-colored lipstick was the perfect choice to go with the prom dresses 2013, and it looked flattering against her flawless skin. Her dark, red-tipped hair was down and flowed with loose curls. With the 22-year old constant ear-to-ear smile, it's obvious she's feeling like she's on top of the world.

In a recent interview with Redbook magazine, Jordin Sparks talked about her weight-loss struggle, stating that part of her journey has been to accept her. She realized she wanted to start living her best life now. To get there, she didn't buy into gimmicks or fad diets. "There's no quick or magical way to lose weight," she said. "You just have to do it the natural way—diet and exercise and stick to it—and be able to do it at your own pace. Everyone has their own thing."

My Own Experience to Get Cheap Homecoming Dresses
Homecoming is an annual tradition across the U.S.A. It’s a huge ordeal in the early fall, and a time when people, towns, high schools, and colleges welcome back alumni and former residents—hence the name “homecoming”.
Most homecoming celebrations end with a big event—such as a banquet or a dance—as well as events leading up to it such as a parade or a football game. The homecoming dance typically features the coronation of a Homecoming Queen and King.

The expense of homecoming
It’s rather outrageous to expect high school and university kids to be able to afford the expenses of homecoming. The tradition has become rather marred by the expectation of a lavish event, a thousand dollar homecoming attire, and expensive limo transportation to and from the event. If you’re in the same boat as I was—a student recently graduated from college, paying my own bills for the first time, and unable to afford an expensive outfit due to a low paying job—you are looking for sensible ways to cut down on the cost of lavish homecoming celebrations.
The good news is that it’s not impossible to find reasonably-priced attire and do homecoming on a budget. This is how I saved on my homecoming garment and still attended homecoming looking fabulous…

1. Buy a homecoming dress at a thrift store
Some of the more vintage thrift shops in my hometown always carry classic vintage attirees that can be altered into something lovely. I found a designer label (Channel) at a much cheaper price because the garment was used. I pulled a Molly Ringwald a la Pretty in Pink and snipped and clipped a few areas of the dress (particularly the neckline, spaghetti strap dress, and skirt) and added a few embellishments of my own to the attire (I constructed a sash from organza ribbon and flowers)—and voila—I had a classic, timely outfit design that no one else showed up in. And, I saved a ton of money in getting cheap prom dresses 2013

2. Borrow a homecoming dress from a friend
Do you have an older sister or friend with really good taste? Chances are they’ve been there, done that when it comes to homecoming, but still have a beautiful attire tucked away in the back of their closet that you can borrow.
3. Rent a homecoming dress
If your mind is set on one of the brand new cheap homecoming dresses, look to an outfit rental agency. You’re only going to wear the attire for one evening anyway so renting is a great option. There are companies available that rent new garment styles for homecoming, prom, wedding, and formal events (guys can also rent tuxedos). This way, you can select a modern outfit style to rock for the evening—and at a fraction of the retail cost!
