Photo fun

During the holidays I had time to play with my digital camera, which is basically a point and click one with a few added buttons. And when I started taking pics on the macro setting, I was amazed! Not sure it will work on here, but can you see the pollen on the bee's legs?
I was amazed! Up close on photoshop it is stunning, and I really must dig out the instruction manual and find out more about what this camera can do!

An addiction is born
Hi and welcome to my first ever blog. I decided to do mine on scrapbooking, a fun way of preserving photos for future generations.

Scrapbooks have moved on a bit from the ones you did in primary school - honest! Now they are works of art, and there is a huge online community devoted to the hobby, as well as real life crops (meets with like minded crafty people to work on new stuff and blether for hours!).

Once you start scrapping you just can't stop ... you start thinking in paper patterns and colour, you start imagining ways to spend your cash on stash, you start taking photos with future pages in mind ... you really do get hooked early on.
