Christian love & compasion.
Why is it, that some Christian pastors comment on the now common "lifestyle" of homosexuality as an "abomonation"? As "wrong"? "As vulgar"?
Are homosexuals not the same as them? "Made in the image and likness of God."
Then tell me why some of them critisize the ways of others when they are not living in the way that the Lord wanted them to? Does God not want His leaders to go to his people with open hands and open hearts? Accepting them and forgiving them for their sins and their faults just like God?
If so then why is it that some of the most respected of pastors then make fools of themselves when they then disrespectly speak litteral abuse about those who are homosexual.
If my source of the Holy Bible is correct, then i recall being unable to find anywhere in the books and parabells that being homosexual is wrong, that acting sexually within this, only then is it a sin.
So why such a negetive reaction from some pastors who are supposed to support them in the way of the Lord, in helping them feel loved and accepted and God created everyone, therefore makes everyone including homosexuals his children also!
So if some pastors are exploiting homsexuals and the "lifestyle" then does this mean that they are not welcome to services on Sunday? Does that mean that in the middle of the service people will end up saying "out" simply because they are gay? Even if this is not the case, some pastors inflict this image amougst the public, even though they themselves have placed pastors and priests and other religious leaders as "Bible Bashers", however still are influenced by the way they react to the public, even when it is basied sorely on beliefs.
Is it not true that "God has no favorites on earth"? Is it not true that God wants us to live the way he wants us to embrasing equality amoung His people?
If God has no favorites then why should we? Why should we judge that others are wrong, when we are not the ones to judge anyone.
Pastors out there are trying to bring more and more people back to God, then why throw a majority of them to be left for "lost"? Can we not appreciate what they could bring and what they can teach us from their testomoney?
So to those pastors who i am adressing. I have one final question. Where is your Christian love and compasion for homosexuals?
