Strikes at Lincoln University are affecting loads of students! I am unable to get a job at the moment because the recruiters say I need a degree. A bit of an impossible situation really.

I heard a couple of weeks ago that the union has rejected a 13.6% increase over a three-year period! It's a bit worrying because are they realistically going to be offered more? How greedy are they going to be?

It seems a bit outrageous that the few individuals refusing to mark work are affecting thousands.

I've been doing a home-experiment with my gold-fish to see if they have a memory longer than three-seconds.

Every time I feed my beauties, I tap on the glass and always make sure to feed them on the left of the tank. After a while they naturally went upto the left side to receive their yummy flakes. This suggests that fish do have brains and a longer memory than previously thought.

As the King of Fish Fingers I want to prove that my friends are in fact intelligent and can be trained!
Has anyone else carried out any fishy experiments? Then we can prove all those scientists wrong and give fish the respect they deserve!
