Why is it every time i go to travel home i always get behind captain SLOW. The speed limit is 30mph captain slow has to drive at 25mph if the speed limit is 40 he /her drives at 32mph, if it's 60 they drive at 40 can these people not read road signs or have they a rather large bunion on their right foot making it impossible for them to press the pedal enough to reach the speed limit without experiencing severe pain Another thing why is it people have started to drive with their front fog lights on despite it being a fantastic, crisp, clear morning/night. HEY NUMPTIES (slang for unintelligent people) they are fog lights the clue is in the title 'FOG' put your fog lights on when foggy NOT when you feel like it, it's not big, cool or clever.
