What has the county town of Sussex done for the town centre. As the town of Lewes we hold the county council offices here, we have the Crown Court here, we have Lewes prison ere, we have Sussex Police head quarters here, we have East sussex fire service run from here, we have east sussex ambulance service run from here, we have the countries biggest by far bonfire societies here and what do the council do for Lewes high st christmas lighting NOTHING AGAIN, this weekend the lights went up ? and look what we got ? the same lights that didnt work last year !!! today when looking at them whilst driving through town , out of twenty lights fixed to the lampposts only 1 was all lit up ? all the others had the majority of bulbs blown, what a disgrace to such a wonderful town we live in, its an embarasement !!!!
